All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • Will use our services for lawful purposes only

3. Coaching Disclaimer (Important)

Our services may include:

  • Mindset work

  • Trauma-informed coaching approaches

  • Somatic or nervous system-based practices (such as tapping)

  • Personal growth, business, and self-development tools

These services:

  • Are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment

  • Do not replace advice from qualified healthcare or mental health professionals

  • Are offered for education, awareness, and self-development only

You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and outcomes.

4. Results Disclaimer

 

While we share the results achieved by ourselves and many of our clients to illustrate what is possible with the strategies and support provided, these outcomes are not typical, and we do not guarantee specific results from participating in any of our programs, courses, coaching, or digital products.

 

You acknowledge that results in business and income generation are inherently uncertain and depend on many factors outside of our control, including your effort, consistency, experience, and personal circumstances. Therefore, no guarantees are made regarding income, sales, or business growth.

 

Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or income references shared are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of results.

By enrolling in our programs or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own results, decisions, and actions
  • Success in business, sales, or personal development is not guaranteed
  • You will apply the teachings at your own discretion

We provide education, guidance, and support, but we do not provide financial, legal, or medical advice.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices may be listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

  • You authorise us to charge the payment method provided

  • We do not store or have access to your full payment details. Payment information is securely handled and stored by our third-party payment providers. These providers may store your payment method (for example, via secure tokenisation) to enable payment plans, recurring payments, or authorised future charges.

 

Payment Plans

 

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled partway through.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of access
  • Recovery action where necessary

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Payment Terms 

 

Digital Products

 

All digital products are strictly non-refundable for change of mind.

Due to the instant access and delivery of digital content, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Failure to use or complete the product

By completing your purchase, you agree to:

  • Review product details carefully before purchasing
  • Check your purchase history and emails to avoid duplicate purchases
  • Ensure the product is suitable for your needs

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is found to be faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.

Programs, Courses & Coaching

All programs, courses, and coaching services are non-refundable for change of mind.

By enrolling, you are committing to the full program, regardless of participation level, attendance, or results.

The following do not qualify for a refund:

  • Missed sessions
  • Unused access
  • Change in personal circumstances

However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise.
In exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may offer:

  • Transfer to a future intake
  • Transfer of your enrolment to another person

Requests must be made in writing and are not guaranteed.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with the law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by us, including but not limited to:

  • Videos

  • Worksheets

  • PDFs

  • Training materials

  • Website content

  • Frameworks and methodologies

…is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, share, resell, or distribute our content

  • Use our materials for commercial purposes

  • Share login details or program access

without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality.

You agree:

  • Not to share confidential information about other clients

  • Not to disclose private group discussions or materials outside the program environment.

We reserve the right to remove participants who breach confidentiality.

9. Community Conduct

When participating in programs, groups, or live spaces, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and professional

  • Avoid harmful, abusive, or disruptive behaviour

  • Respect differing opinions and experiences

We reserve the right to remove access without refund if conduct guidelines are breached.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may be delivered using third-party platforms (such as Kartra, Zoom, or social media).

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages

  • Technical issues outside our control

  • Changes to third-party terms or functionality

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

  • You use our services at your own risk

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Australian Consumer Law

 

If you are an Australian consumer, you are entitled to guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. These Terms do not limit those rights.

13. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if:

  • These Terms are breached

  • Payments are not made

  • Behaviour is inappropriate or harmful

Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our websites with the updated date.

15. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
